Formula How much caffeine is in each piece?

The current packaging direction is around 80mg caffeine per piece. Final website copy should always match the approved final product label.

Formula What is Cognizin?

Cognizin is a branded citicoline ingredient commonly used in focus formulas. Venom pairs it with caffeine inside a chewable format, but the page should keep claims conservative: designed to support energy and focus.

Formula Does the gum help with fresh breath?

The gum format naturally gives Venom a fresh-mouth use case, especially for meetings, classes, commutes, and post-coffee moments. Any oral-health claims should stay aligned with the final ingredient and compliance guidance.

Use cases When should I chew it?

Use it before the moment starts: a lift, class, study block, meeting run, trading session, commute, or founder work block. It should feel intentional, not like random caffeine stacking.

Product What flavours are launching?

The launch setup currently includes Mint and Green Apple in 9-piece boxes, with 15-piece pouch formats planned as placeholders until final pouch artwork and availability are ready.

Bundles Do bundle discounts apply automatically?

The current launch discount setup is automatic: 2 or more eligible launch products save 10%, and 4 or more save 15%. Customers should see the discount reflected in cart/checkout when the bundle conditions are met.

Orders When will orders ship?

Shipping costs, fulfilment timing, and delivery options should be confirmed at checkout once the final launch fulfilment setup is locked.

Orders What is the return policy?

Return wording should match the final Shopify policy. For launch, the FAQ should keep the answer clear and point customers to the Shipping & Returns page for the live policy details.

Orders Can teams, gyms, or offices order Venom?

Yes, the site can route those enquiries through the contact page or wholesale/team-orders page. This keeps bulk, gym, campus, and office requests separate from normal customer support.
